This Is Beige

Why is this beige? Well, if you ever tried to find an available domain name on Blogger, you wouldn’t be asking that question. But really, even though it was the first available name after 3,705 tries, it is the perfect name.

My brother once went shopping for a new truck. The salesman was extremely, um, motivated to make the sale. When my brother said he wanted beige, the salesman walked over to a bright red pickup and said, “This is beige.”

So that’s what this blog is. It’s cooking, it’s reading, it’s decorating, it's projects around the house. It’s family and friends and pets and life. It’s just what you’re looking for. This is beige.
